PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION
Prescription medications are custom-compounded and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If your prescription has not been shipped, you may request a full refund. Please contact our office for assistance with any refund requests.
DOCTOR FEES
Concierge fees auto-renew every two months. If you decide not to start medications after your initial consultation, your consultation fee plus the first two months of service ($185) will be refunded.
You will receive an email reminder one week before renewal. You may cancel at that time. Refund requests for renewed fees are considered on a case-by-case basis within one week of renewal, depending on when your last prescription was sent to the pharmacy.
