Initial Dosing (Weeks 1-4)
- Start with 0.25mg once weekly.
- Every 4 weeks, the dose may be increased based on individual needs, following this progression:
0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 1.7mg, 2.5mg - Some patients may stay on lower doses longer if appetite suppression is achieved.

Option 1: 2.5mg Vial – $165
- Designed for new starts. This vial provides 7 weeks of medication:
- 0.25mg weekly for the first 4 weeks (total 1mg)
- 0.5mg weekly for the next 3 weeks (total 1.5mg)
Option 2: 5mg Vial – $225
- Also suitable for new starts, offering 10 weeks of medication:
- 0.25mg weekly for the first 4 weeks (total 1mg)
